New investments in industrial real estate of 13.200 m2

01.02.2023 - In the first quarter of 2023, New Trend completed all preparations for the construction of a new Logistics Hall.

With a capacity of 13,200 m/2 on an area of ​​20,000 m/2 of its own construction land in the Kojlija Petrovec Industrial Zone, near the International Airport in Skopje, the necessary construction permit was also obtained.
Construction is expected to start in Q2/2023.
